For example, but I don't know wether you know spanish. It's easy to follow anyhow. I don't know about the best way because I've never got around cooking it myself and only had it in restaurants. Sea bass. Specifically black sea bass for me as that's what I'm able to fish around me. But all sea bass is delicious, mild, tender and juicy. The classic italian bronzino is just mediterranean sea bass. Pic related is one of the black bass I caught last summer.
