see pic for recipe. it's for a silk pie but it's pudding. just omit crust.

if you do make crust, no need to use a food processor if you don't have one, just crush up cookies between two pie plates or use hands. 'chocolate wafer cookies' is a euphemism for nabisco 'famous wafers.' if you can't find those use oreos with cream scraped off. same things.

recipe is from 'baked: new frontiers in baking.' pretty much the only good recipe in the book except for their lemon curd buttercream, which is god tier. everything else is trash.
