I'm roasting a lamb leg tomorrow. Going to slice it up and put it on naan with some fresh veggies and sauce.

Take the naan bread. Cover just before the edges with pizza sauce. Spread Italian seasoning on the sauce. Cover lightly with cheese. Add whatever toppings u want, cover with another light sprinkle of cheese.
Bake at 450 for like 4-8 minutes. Just keep an eye on the bread so it doesn't get burnt.

To add to my previous post, be sure to bake the "pizza", microwaving it will just dry the naan bread out and just make it shit.
