Yeah, I've gotten tons of recipes just from watching tons of You Suck At Cooking and The Domestic Geek videos. Pinterest and recipe books help too. Really though, just tons of fucking around in the kitchen is your best bet.

It depends on your desired style but I think that French Cooking Academy is a very solid choice. I also stand by Pro Home Cooks/Brothers Green Eats especially nowadays since the guy that operates that channel got married and had a kid so he makes reasonably uncomplicated videos. As much as I dislike his pettiness Adam Ragusea has some decent ideas if you need to make shit fast and easy, just like Ethan Chlebowski. Stay the fuck away from Babish and (((Weissman))) - huge faggots that just don’t make the cut for me. Bon Appetit and Internet Shaquille are also very nice if you want some more experimental/entertaining shit
