Hi /ck/ I am looking for good youtube cooking channels aka NOT this asshole. What are some good channels that don't overcomplicate things, don't have some annoying pretentious faggot host and ideally has a laid back tone?

So far I have Orsara recipes, food wishes, Jacques Pepin cooking at home, French Cooking Academy, Chef Jean Pierre, Bruno Albouze, and Vito Iaccopelli for all things pizza/dough related. Any other good ones?

If you understand a bit of French you can watch Michel Dumas. He is a chef from Canada, he is cooking traditional French dish, he is not pretentious and probably one of the best on YouTube.

If you want a nonpretentious chef with a laid-back tone then I recommend the should I series on youtube. He's a regular guy that cooks really bizarre recipes he finds on youtube. Ocassionally he'll make videos on his orginal recipies. His videos are really enjoyable.

I like Alex as he's experimental and thinks outside the box, creates his own devices and tools to get the job done in his work space, like separating the shell from chocolate beans and rigging up an oven with a switch to cook pizza in oven cleaner mode at like 750F or was it 850F.
