I went from 170 -> 220 pounds a couple of years ago in a matter of months and it felt horrible. Bending down to tie my shoes was a chore, my gut felt like it was constantly exerting pressure on my midsection, and I got out of breath really easily. I don't know how fat people tolerate it. I'm back down to normal weight and being able to eat more isn't worth the constant discomfort.
