Is there a more annoying human necessity than hunger? You need to eat three fucking times a day. What the fuck is that? I ate two meals today and went to bed early without dinner because I was feeling lazy. I had to get up after an hour because my stomach started growling. I wish nerds would invent meal equivalent capsules already.

Humans don't need to eat 3 times a day, in fact it's bad for them because it doesn't give the digestive system and hormonal system time to recover throughout the day. 3 meals was fine for serfs doing hard labour all day long, and their portions and quality of nutrition wasn't as good as it is today. Take the fasting pill, go on snake diet. Start with one meal a day, this is more than enough for the majority of people. If you're a fat ass then don't eat for two or three days then the day you do eat, just eat one meal a day. Takes about a week to adapt and you'll save a shit ton of money on food and time.
