I managed to find raw milk for sale in an Amish store in Chicago. You have to sign a waver that its for pet use only. Very tasty stuff! The raw cream was thick and amazing!

back in fall I would buy 2 gallons from a local farm, and turn it into 1 quart butter, 1 quart buttermilk, and the rest skim; you can make yoghurt really easy with the cream too
