Is there anything wrong with eating instant noodles? Most healthfags will screech about sodium and shit, as if salt is unhealthy. Also processed =/= bad.

the noodles themselves aren't as digest and nutritious as regular pasta, plus they're high in fat and obiously sodium.

Just cook some pasta bro and add your own seasoning, it's better for you and still cheap.
