If you ever find yourself in Asheville NC I highly recommend checking out the Sierra Nevada brewery, its also very close to the New Belgium one so you could do both on the same day. Downtown Asheville also has a big brewery culture, many being in the same part of town. Hitting up 10 or so is a fun way to spend a Saturday afternoon
