What are some zero effort nutritionally complete foods you can buy in bulk and eat indefinitely without having to cook or prepare food?

I mean shit like eating straight peanut butter, cooking oil, packets of ramen noodles, etc.

Unironically soylent.
If you want actual food, you're gonna have to put in a modicum of effort.

Pumpkin and sunflower seeds, almonds, any nuts.

Rotisserie chicken, cooked chicken breast, canned tuna/vegetables. Just meal prep simple meals once a week or hire a shitty meal prep service, if you're looking out for both convenience and health.

Chicken pieces + an air fryer is the absolute minimum amount of work to produce a decent dinner meal. Add potato chips/fries/gems/hashbrowns to make it a more complete meal.
Tortillas with jam/peanut butter/nutella etc and milk+cereal are the minimum work required breakfasts & lunches.
