As someone who has also eaten all 3, Popeye's is best bang for buck. It does have flavor, albeit different from Chik Fil A, but it is great and you can actually taste it, unlike McDonalds.

I've had it twice so far. The first time I tried the spicy version and the second time I tried the normal version.

The first time, I had it I didn't really pay much attention to the flavor since it was burn-your-mouth hot (temperature not spice). The meat was juicy but also a bit rubbery. I almost thought it was thigh meat the first time I had it.

The second time, I had the plain one. The texture of the meat was better than the first time but it wasn't quite as juicy. The chicken was decently crisp and well seasoned.

It's not as good as the chicken focused chains like Popeye's and Chick Fila but I thought it was a solid step above other burger focused chains offerings.

Chik Fil A made the breast smaller for their sandwiches which sucks but the taste is still top tier. KFC's sandwiches are surprisingly really good but problem is that they only rolled it out in half of their restaurants for whatever reason.
