Go to an Asian store and look for “shirasu”; they’re about as small as sardines can get without still being in an egg.

You definitely want to buy name brand deenz. One time, after about 3 months of buying my store's store brand deenz, I had one, and about 10 minutes later my face turned into an inflamed red balloon and I almost passed out because I couldn't breathe. Thankfully it went away 10 minutes later. Scary shit, now I only buy King Oscar's.
