OP here, obviously if I've watched so many of his videos I don't hate him. Also his girlfriend/wife or whatever is a cutie (imaginary pie episode) but a lot of the time with him making his own bread and such it just feels like he's showing off and padding the runtime.

Like he'll spend six minutes explaining how to make whipped cream and then add food coloring to it when you could have just bought a tub of whipped cream and added food coloring to it. Often he'll openly admit immediately afterwards the flavor difference is at best marginal and that his method is much more expensive, such as the Liz Lemon Sandwich video which called for potato chips, so he made potato chips from scratch and then said "Or you could buy like fifty pounds of potato chips for a dollar, though these do taste more potato-y."

And I'm just salty I've been mentioning One Piece in comments on his videos for years and he's done anime a few times but has inexplicably avoided One Piece.

There's an entire sub-plot about an octopus man who runs a Takoyaki stand. I know he did takoyaki in another episode, but still. I can think of dozens of plots involving Sanji where he makes stuff I'd like to see someone with talent make, like "Meat On The Bone" which involves taking a chicken drumstick, peeling it like a flower, putting a boiled egg on the bone and wrapping the meat around it, then taking separate meat ground with bread crumbs and using it to form a shell around the egg and drum stick and cooking it so it *looks* like you're eating a giant anime drumstick. In one episode he fights a guy in a suit of armor made out of ramen, during the Whole Cake Island arc everything is made out of food and all the villains powers are food-themed. Sanji is separated from the crew and without even realizing it makes a bento box combining all their favorite foods because he misses them. The arc's big fight with Katakuri (whose powers are Mocchi related) is abruptly interrupted when it's revealed he's secluded himself in a house made of candy to privately eat giant donuts and tea.

The arc concludes with Sanji baking a giant cake with whipped cream so light it floats away if it's not on the cake and feeding it to Big Mom (the arc's villain) to make her pass out from bliss.
