I moved to a turbowhite tourist town and like anything else the subway is way better there. The sub usually barely holds together they slam so much toppings on it without asking, and what do you know even though it's a basic bitch option among a sea of novelty there's always lines you'll never see in those haji/pajeet abominations

Those are display sandwiches, assembled by food stylists for photographic purposes.
They are not meant to be eaten.

If you look closely, you will see that these sandwiches have not been rolled or compressed. They would be hard to eat.
All the meats, cheeses, and toppings are carefully assembled near the cut side of the sandwich loaf (cake). The back 20%-35% of the loaf is untopped; nothing but bare bread by the "hinge". This is undesirable for actually eating.
All the meats have been artfully teased and curled for maximum visual appeal. In the store, they don't do that - just grab a stack of meat, slap it on the bread, peel off the wax paper.
The top of the loaf (cake) has not been "scooped"; again, purely for photographic purposes. A real sub should get scooped, to make it easier to eat.
These sandwiches were assembled in an order opposite from how the actual make line runs. These are vegetables on first, meat on top. The make line slaps the meat on the base of the sliced loaf (cake), optionally toasts, then adds vegetables and sauce.

Just a few reasons. Make your own sandwich if you care.

You wouldn't make a sandwich to eat the same way they make one for a photo. Notice that the meat is purposefully spilling out of the bread so you see everything inside. Also, the top bread piece is slightly displaced, showing off the toppings.

Doesn’t microwaving make the bread hard as hell? I dunno, whenever I’ve tried to microwave bread of some sort it always pulls the moisture out the bread and it becomes rock hard in about 2 minutes. The only time it doesn’t is if I wrap a damp paper towel around it first.
