Imagine not once having a real grilled cheese sandwich or cheeseburger with ooegy gooey melty American cheese because your pretentious food snobbery and inferiority complex.
>>15651684nothing melts better than american, but if it's anything else i'm sticking with gouda and provolone
Dude, processed cheese singles are popular everywhere world-wide. The only thing making your "American cheese" so special is the tasteless orange annatto that the rest of us don't bother with
>>15651684Whatever helps you cope, 56%.
>>15651684we just don't think about it mangmunching on a pecorino with pepper crust right now
>>15651684i buy alot of ready made croques and they use americanized french cheese.kinda good.
literally noone in my immediate area cares
>>15651684Why would that make anyone seethe? You can buy that stuff almost anywhere in Europe too.
>>15651684?we habe american cheese her, and there is nothing wrong with it. seems like a (You) problem
>>15652236No you don't LOL
>>15651684American cheese is ok melted on a hamburger. Otherwise it's just hot trash. The euros are right you know.
>>15651684I have a package of it in my fridge right at this moment. Also, imagine not once having a real cheese because your digusting food slobbering and inferiority complex.
>>15652246Imagine trying to gate keep plastic poverty cheese.
>>15651684American "cheese" is foul and you can keep it.
>>15651684No one cares about your cheese or lack thereof, you obsessed little man.
They have this all over the world, even in Australia, people are lying when they say they don't and it's usually people from Asia. Just a protip, usually the anti American posting comes from Asians, especially when it comes to cheese, milk, etc.
>>15652446american plastic cheese is not the same as coon. we do have plastic cheese but it's literally for children.
>>15652462>american plastic cheese is not the same as coon.Yes it is>we do have plastic cheese but it's literally for children. So is American "singles", the cheese section of an American supermarket is one of the largest, not to mention all American supermarkets also have delis within for people who want freshly sliced deli product.
>>15652246are you trying to convince me? I know we do, what the fuck are you trying to say?
American cheese doesn't have to mean Kraft singles. Most grocery store delis also sell it.
>>15652514He's trying to troll you because you're an easy target, peon
>>15651684you can eat as much cheese flavored jelly product as you want dear amerifats, just don't call it something it isn't
>>15651684We still have this at European stores you fuckface. Next to our real cheeses, which you dont have acces to.Seethe.Cope.Dilate.
>>15652525youre trying to hard anon
>>15652525again, why would i respond in a thread about european if i was a peon? why are you so retarded.
question, i've bought these once or twice but they were completely bland, even more bland than mozzarella because that at least smells fresh and milky. and i know it's supposed to be cheddar + emulsifier but cheddar isn't bland, it's fairly sharp. so what gives? did i buy some shitty knockoff or what? or is it supposed to be bland and only on stuff for the gooey texture.
>>15652560Typically pretty mild, yeah. The trick for grilled cheese is to pair it with a sharper cheese like an aged cheddar so you get the best of both worlds.
>>15652560>cheddar isn't bland, it's fairly sharpCheddar covers the entire spectrum of sharpness, it just depends entirely on what kind goes into it
>>15651684>Imagine not once having a real grilled cheese sandwich or cheeseburger>your pretentious food snobbery and inferiority complex.heh
>>15652537>We still have this at European stores you fuckface. Next to our real cheeses, which you dont have acces to.>Seethe.>Cope.>Dilate.American super markets have all the important kinds of cheeses. Why are you seething so much right now?
Is there anything more cringe than being proud of your shittyness ?Its like being proud about not finishing high school.
>>15653565Our supermarkets literally have entire imported cheese sections. Lol get fucked europoors. Anything you do we do it better.
>Imagine not once having a real grilled cheese sandwich or cheeseburger with ooegy gooey melty American cheese because your pretentious food snobbery and inferiority complex. I tell you hwat.
I so fuck of this cheese every day fuck it
Imagine not once having a big ol'real grilled cheese sandwich or cheeseburger with ooegy gooey melty American cheese because your pretentious food snobbery and inferiority complex. I tell you hwat.
>>15651684why are americans so obsessed?
>>15653664>why are Americans >why do Americans >do Americans reallyOBSESSED
>>15653581>Our supermarkets literally have entire imported cheese sections. Lol get fucked europoors. Anything you do we do it better. So does everyone in the Western world? It's not as if supermarkets are some sort of revolutionary concept.
>>15653721Europeans don't have them, and when they come to America they get confused after entering a "food library."
>>15651684OH NO NO NO NO NO NO
>>15653952no they dont, shut up. t. american who lived in germany and netherlands
>>15653687>threads of an american talking about europe>europes are obsessed lul
Kraft singles can get real yummy yummy in my tummy, all sorts of cheese sprays and orange shit like cheddar are the real enemy.
we have that shit too, it's fucking garbage sage
>>15653578imagine being proud of finishing your jewish brainwashing course lmao
Look at all these American simpletons who think there is anything of value on their pasteurized cheese product.Imagine feeling attached to something so objectively bad, imagine letting this attachment cloud your judgment to the point you feel the need to defend it.There is nothing good about American cheese. The color is a calculated shade brought by an immature expectation of what cheese should look like, and achieved trough artificial means. Its only reason to be is some food scientist thinking to himself "Well, this is what cheese looks like, right?"The flavor is a mix of placebo and regret. While freshness or careful aging create the complex flavors of cheese, this American parody lacks such privileges, whatever aroma it may have is purely coincidental, whatever illusion of flavor it may posses is only due to the dopamine high Americans get when eating something fatty. The texture is like softened wax, because that is what it most likely is. It covers your mouth in a plastic-like fatty layer that Americans love confusing for enjoyment. And by far the most pathetic argument I see repeated over and over again, the fact it melts. The characteristic often posted as the sole redeeming quality is something shared by almost all substances in the world, that things soften when hot. Almost all cheeses melt, not that you would want to as different cheeses are meant to be eaten at different temperatures. But the ones that are often melted are superior, they impart great flavor, fat and texture, just look at mozzarella with its milky flavor and stringy texture even after melted. American cheese only serves as a brightly colored layer of fat, might as well top your burgers with some butter, you will get much better results that way.American cheese is the margarine of cheese. A publicity stunt for a cost-cutting measure that Americans ate right up and now feel a worthless sense of nostalgia for.
>>15654697>implying it isn’t commonly eaten in whatever shithole country you aren’t willing to admit you’re fromDouble. Nigger.
>>15651684>real grilled cheese>use plastic processed 'cheese'>call it 'real'
American cheese is fine on basic burgers, but nothing else.
As someone who just found out, I have to say that making your grilled cheeses with frozen bread is amazing. Much easier to spread the butter on the bread, and it ends up much crispier than non-frozen.
>>15654804>this fucking argument again
>>15651822annatto is also used in cheddar, retard
>>15652324>what are the entire states of wisconsin and vermont
>>15654887The mememiest and most overrated cheese?>>15654894A marketing gimmick
>>15654876are you for or against cheese slices on burgers?
>>15652560american cheese tastes very different than cheddar, it's a different flavor entirely imo
>>15654896>t. euro who has never had wisconsin cheese ngmi
>>15654897I am for good cheese. Bad cheese was no place in this world, including burgers. >>15654908I've had it. "Better that Kraft singles" does not mean shit. 90% of their cheeses are inferior versions of European cheeses, and I am not saying 100% because statistically there MUST be someone making good cheese, even if I am yet to find them. I've had much better cheese from an uncle's farm in Texas than anything than came out of those two states, but people love going back to Wisconsin as their only argument for good American-made cheese, most likely because the people making these arguments are all cheeselets who get their info from marketing and not from actual tasting.
>>15651684my grilled cheese features 90%> and multiple types, mutt
>>15654938>I am for good cheese. Bad cheese was no place in this world, including burgers.Real cheese doesn't melt properly on burgers though.
>>15654945>Real cheese doesn't melt properly on burgers though.Found the cheese ignorant
>>15651684>be yuropoor>go visit family in the us>dad's aunt married some WW2 vet>great guy>spend an afternoon just eating cuts of all sorts of cheese including a lot of american stuffHe was such a great fucking dude and I couldn't go to my dad's aunt's and his wedding anniversary before he died a few years back. That still bothers me.
>>15654938>omg I've totally had it and it was like totally worse than all the euro cheeses and the entire rest of the world including master chefs who literally travel here for world renowned cheese are wrong you're just seething that americans actually do have good cheese, which for some reason threatens your national pride/triggers your america hatethe truth is that no matter how something good is, if it's american, you'll never accept it. because it's not about the item in question, it's about seething over america.see: the first time california wines won in a blind french wine wine taste with the snobbiest european wine snob experts. before this, no one took american wines seriously. now some of the best wine in the world is synonymous with Napa valley.
>>15654945>Real cheese doesn't melt properly on burgers though. That statement is so absurd I don't even know what to sayIs this some spiritual-kind of trolling?
>>15654876Hey man, thanks for reminding me to shower and make another cheese sammich today todayThis time with pickles
>>15654989>he doesn't know that fat globs and water soluble parts separate when cheese is meltedlurk 2 years before posting
>>15654989Come back when you know what you're talking about
>>15654976I don't care about what the experts say. You are again falling for marketing. The WI cheeses I've have had were all overly sweet, tasteless or not complex enough for me to prefer them over the average cheese from other countries. Maybe there is some tiny farm in WI making good cheese, but the popular stuff, what people have in their minds when they use WI Cheese to deflect any criticism, is mediocre. >>15654996Remember to wash the cheese off your dick
>>15655016>>15654998And that is why melted cheese didn't exist before Kraft SinglesOh, wait...
>>15655028That's a non-american for you; always bottom-brained. always thinking about big, pungent, cheesy american dicks
>>15655116Can't wait to see what tacticool gear the Fudd who bought that drilled into that nuggetDoes American cheese dick melt?
>>15655037It melts, but not at all like american
>>15652462That's American cheese, dumbass.I don't know why tards think we have kraft singles only, which I won't even eat.
>>15652458That's the opposite of american cheese, though. American cheese just has milk and emulsifiers added so it melts better. If you buy a shit ass brand like kraft singles, that's on your dumbass.
>>15654003>add sodium citrate>REEEEEE ITS NOT CHEESE!Are you people really that dumb, or is it willful ignorance?
>>15652536It's made from the cast off of other cheeses when they are cut to shape to be packaged and processed. It's cheese in the way SPAM is meat.
>>15652537>next to our real cheeses, which you dont have acces to.My grocery store has like six aisles of cheese from around the world. I bet you every dollar on earth we have a wider selection than you.You Europoors constantly underestimate just how much food we have access to for less money than you spend.
>>15653965Mmmm, I love it when the fat separates and soaks into the bread.Tard.
>>15655028>I don't care about what the experts say. You are again falling for marketing. The WI cheeses I've have had were all overly sweet, tasteless or not complex enough for me to prefer them over the average cheese from other countries. Maybe there is some tiny farm in WI making good cheese, but the popular stuff, what people have in their minds when they use WI Cheese to deflect any criticism, is mediocre.List examples and brands of Wi cheese you've had, you LARPer. You're not telling the truth.
>>15654778He's right. You're too much of a third world piss to admit where you live. So you lash out at your superiors from the shadows like a pathetic bitch.
>>15655028>The WI cheeses I've have hadPlease provide a list. If you remember the flavors so well, surely you remember the names.
>>15655301Nah, it's more comparable to brining a meat to change the texture. But don't mind me, continue your obsessive seethe.
>>15652483Coon tasty cheese isn't American cheese you piece of shit, where did you even get this info?t. has sought after American cheese for a long time
>>15655373Coons have been in the US for over a hundred years.
>>15653971thats not a grilled cheese thats just melted cheese dumped on bread
Why does every american thread devolve into talking about the fact that white people are their minority?
>>15651684Young gouda or swiss melts perfectly and actually tastes like something
>>15651684that shit's atrifically colores
>>15652446Lol may as well name it the n word
>>15651684>believing that adding sodium citrate makes it magically become fake plastic cheese, not worthy of human consumptiondo europeans really?
>>15655941>adds sodium citrate to make beer cheese for fondueNothing personal, eurofag.
>>15651684Europeans can't comprehend cheese that actually tastes good
>>15656271>artificiallyMuch in the same way tomato soup is "artificially" flavored, if you put an herb in it.
>>15655706Because we manage to keep our minorities in line despite their burgeoning size. Meanwhile like 40 Achmeds, I mean, Asians, groom and repeatedly rape like 400 underage euro girls in any given county and the police do nothing.
