Mine has cheese in the crust of the pizza with pepperoni. Usually, I throw the pepperoni away because I just don't eat it, only the pizza.

One of my favorites is the "chicken parm" at Jets Pizza which is chicken, tomatoes, and shredded parmesan

I also like pepperoni and green olive, sausage and red onion, pineapple and bacon, pepperoni and pineapple

I make a chicken bacon ranch pizza that is popular with everyone on our pizza nights. My dough is a NY/Neapolitan style that I cold ferment for about 4 days ahead of time, sauce is ranch dressing, then freshly diced tomatoes go on, mozzarella, and on top well diced chicken and bacon. Really makes a nice combo. Outside of that my favorite is probably my sausage sicilian I make every once in a while.
