How do I stop this? I've stayed the same weight (176lbs, 6'3") for the last 4 months. This shouldn't be sustainable.

I do the same thing. If you really want to eat more, just keep snacks around.
If you're the healthy kind, keep nuts around. If not, get any kinda snack.

One meal a day isn't terrible, but for optimum proton synth you need calories, BCAAs, Proton and all the other good stuff available all the time. Which is the downfall of OMAD, and that is certainly below your TDEE.

I think I'm just stuck at this weight. Even when i think I'm eating more than normal or less than normal, it's always 160, sometimes it even goes down to like 158 when I think I'm eating more than normal. Maybe I have a tapeworm

That's pretty much how I have eaten as well for the last 30 years. My parents were shitbags and they never gave me breakfast or money for lunch and I just got used to it.

My single daily meal is usually 2500-3000 calories though. I'm a large man and I work hard every day. I still weigh the same as I did in high school, give or take 10 lbs.

It's called intermittent fasting. There's even a diet called the warrior diet that recommends eating once a day.
