One camp says they are super healthy, other camp says they can cause leaky gut, it curbs your mineral absorption and other shit. I've been having 2-3 small bowls of cooked beans, lentils and chickapeas for a week (I eat pretty much just meat and veggies) and have been feeling great. Anyone smarter than me have a solid answer?

I roast chickpeas and like them

Red lentils are based and anyone who says otherwise is a gag - these have been a staple crop for centuries desu

I love lentils. I've been feeling great since eating them everyday.

yeah they said the fiber and how indigestible they are that it rubs the gut wrong and after long periods of time will cause holes in your gut. I've never heard of this before. lol

Legumes are very nutritious to eat. Do not add salt or fat to them as those makes legumes worse for your health than without salt or fat.
>mineral absorption
this is not usually a problem except in restricted diets and with certain medical conditions
>leaky gut
this is not a real medical condition

Neither of those groups are knowledgeable about nutrition which is probably why you see such things.

Beans are healthy. They’re fine to eat with salt or fat. Ketards don’t know shit about shit about eating.
