Los Gallo's (perfect carne asada, perfect tortas, perfect pickled jalapenos)
El Farro (perfect turkey burger, perfect tacos in general, perfect jamaica, perfect arroz consomé)
Portillos (perfect cheese fries, perfect hotdogs, gay fan base of new age chicagoans and poor people)
