I just use pitted prunes. But I love the taste and end up eating more than I need. At times I apologize to the toilet afterwards.

For bm I eat frosted mini wheats 2-3 times a week, helps keep everything running smoothly
I don't like them as cereal though, I put a handful in a sandwich bag and eat them as a snack sometime during the day with a drink to sip because they are very dry
