The best brewery tour you can do is the Milwaukee Brewing Company, because they just let you pay for an hour long tour and let you drink as much as you can in an hour. We wouldn't even go on the tour, we would just stay at their bar and try all their different beers and drink as much as we can in an hour. Many nights were started by pre-gaming at that brewery

There is a problem with the wide range of flavours possible in IPAs. A lot of novices try their first IPA, assume they all taste like that and that whatever they're tasting is "hoppiness". The difference between a bitter, piney west coast IPA and a soft, juicy NEIPA is vast. People need to keep an open mind and stop forming opinions so hastily.

I like wheat beers in general. blue moon is my go-to since it's easy to find anywhere but I prefer hefeweizens. franziskaner, weihenstephan, paulaner, hofbrau in that order.

I also really like dusseldorf-style altbier but I can never find it in the US. i've successfully found it twice, once at a german restaurant and once at a beer bar with a large weekly rotating menu

Always heard they had issues with canning it and keeping it as good as off the keg, that's why the limited releases. Their pale and ipa in the can are solid. If you're near Lake Stevens, go out to Norms Market sometime right by Lundeen park, 52 kegs on tap everyday for growler fills, and around 1000 beers in store.
