Ethan Chlebowski is really Food Lab + SAFH inspired but does his own stuff so I like him quite a bit

Adam Ragusea for how much people meme him is actually pretty decent, he very much encourages people to stop caring too much about perfection and just do what you like which I think is a good attitude in a home kitchen since ultimately you're the one that eats it, don't let others choose how you have to enjoy it

Middle Eats is an insanely good channel for traditional middle eastern dishes if you're into that. He likes to lean more towards Egyptian variety of dishes but will talk about other regional variations.

Joshua Weissman is reddit tier, way too cringe for me and he overreacts to shit for how good his food is when it's pretty mediocre.

My name is andong is neat for history and getting inspiration since he covers a lot of regions for their food but the recipes themselves are meh to decent

Internet Shaquille doesn't make any of his recipes but his channel isn't really about that, mostly about how to be lazy in the kitchen

Babish is very redditor oriented but kinda novel and the basics series gets you to base recipe of most dishes. It's pretty good for if you are really new to the kitchen.

That's all I could think of, would recommend just getting The Food Lab, Salt Acid Fat Heat, and On Food and Cooking as books to learn from instead of watching videos on specific dishes but I understand that videos can be more fun.

I posted the link and I can not recommend him enough. His dirty shitty kitchen, his crappy camera quality and editing mixed with his obvious decades-old experience and relaxed way of giving out information just makes everything better, his recipes are great as well, even though I do not eat meat any more. He is one of the few legit guys on youtube when it comes to cooking and I trust every one of his recipes.

Americans have no idea how bad it really is. No one in china knows what the fuck beef and broccoli is or sweet and sour pork. Chinese food is disgusting. Literally the worst parts to eat of any animal. Makes sense because chinks are the race of humans closest to animals. They make disgusting noises when they eat, slurp everything, men in the streets lift their fucking wife beaters over their sweaty stomachs while laughing and chewing with their mouths full of food. Like what kind of idiot decided 2 sticks is the most practical way to eat grains of fucking rice. Starving Nigerians who eat grass have a better diet than the average chinese.
