We're pretty slim, but we exercise- ride bikes, home gym, dance, baseball when the weather's good. That said, we eat like this maybe 3 times a year, and we're freakin stuffed. Otherwise, we eat mostly vegetable based dishes with meat as more of a seasoning.

Apply 2 tsp of Worcestershire to exterior of Roast

1/3 cup brown sugar

GF came over since we didn't feel like dealing with restaurants. NY strip with chimichurri, asparagus with hollandaise, and parmesan risotto. Feel free to roast my risotto, not only is it the first time I've ever made it, it's also the first time I've ever eaten it so I have no idea if it's right or not, but it tasted good and wasn't crunchy so I count that as a win.
