2. unsolicited advice on ur dumplings: put less filling than this next time, pinch the edges enough to create a seal proper, when you roll the skins make the edges thinner, and keep your edges clean so that the edges join smoothly

2. When you add less filling make sure to add eggs to the filling, it causes the filling to expand and fill the cavity better.
