The crust:filling ratio is not right and the filling looks simultaneously too wet and too browned on top, so you probably baked at too high a temp.

Wait a minute there's no crust at all?
I rate 2/8 do better next time pleb

Looks good OP, don't see too many crust-less cheesecakes.

>>15581665
That texture most likely is a result of how the OP cut it (probably didn't use a hot-water dipped knife). I agree that the top is too brown on the edges though.

when I last made a baked cheesecake I had to let the oven cool down real slow to stop it from cracking.

I'll be the judge of that. Where you at senpai? 270?

I got a 14 qt pressure cooker that can hold a 10 inch springform pan.

Highly recommend pressure cooking your cheesecakes (may have to make smaller ones if you don't have a giant pressure cooker).

I've had cheesecakes that took hours to bake in a water bath and they tend to get too browned on the top like OPs. Pressure cooker cheesecake doesn't brown on top and cooks much faster (20-35 min depending on size).

how does the cake not fall off the plate OP? Do you have gravity defying powers?

You’re a stupid fag with no taste. I’m surprised your mom lets you post here, but I suppose the quality of channel has decreased greatly in recent years.

I've used this recipe twice and it's turned out fantastically both times. I'd just recommend prebaking the crust for longer to give it a bit more crunch.
