What are some brands that you have stuck by over the years for their quality and consistency? Let's post them here. I'll start. Pic related is a line of tomato products that I use, primarily because I know what I'm getting when it comes to the sodium content and I know it wont ruin my whole dish.

Contadina has the best sodium levels. I usually add the sauce to the pot and cover I would say approximately one half of the surface with garlic powder, that's how I know I haven't used too much.
