what's a good way to add garlic to my eggs?

>> No.15553621

Just garlic powder as you beat them.
Half a teaspoon ish, it's easy to overdo it.

I don't like adding garlic itself to my eggs, I find the garlic taste to be overpowering (unless that's what you want, then I'd just toss a minced clove or two in cook em a bit before adding the eggs) otherwise I just use this cajun hot sauce I have that was a garlicky taste. Just use it as a condiment, not as an ingredient imo.

I'd mince and fry the garlic slowly in the butter before doing the eggs. Fresh garlic is a bit too much with eggs without being cooked out.

It's a good thing you retard don't have to think in order to breathe you'd be dead.

>buy garlic
>throw it in

That was very hard

finely mince or grate garlic and add it to the runny yolks with salt just before serving

Seems like minced garlic in scrambled eggs would be the way to go for you. Maybe an omelette, or a savory quiche. Hard to imagine garlic in eggs fried or poached.

Make garlic butter, melt it, paint it on the boiled egg.

garlic butter worked pretty well when i did it. tastes great of you cook an egg in it and put it on a sandwhich with some ham or turkey.

My mother was such a terrible cook that she confused a clove with a bulb. She read a recipe for making jambalaya and when I tasted it, it was the most pungent garlic taste I've ever encountered. She put 3 fucking BULBS of garlic in instead of 3 cloves.
