Well I now have positive proof that I am both male and female in the same body. I thought I was male, but I like soup.

1 small can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

I do chef johns black bean soup pretty frequently except I double everything and use dried beans instead of canned. I soak the beans overnight and add the drained beans when I add the stock and let simmer for a few hours. I'll usually add carrots and celery when sauteeing veg at the beginning. Super easy super tasty and reasonably healthy. Goes well with burgers
