You wont be able to enjoy it that much, you will most likely accidentally drink too much, feel extremely drunk for 10 minutes, and then fall asleep (and maybe choke and die on your vomit)

I recommend starting with either beer (if you like bitter) or sweet wine. (or even mead, if you like he idea of being a viking). you will be able to fully experience every single plateau of drinking, and start getting a feel for which plateau is the one you personally enjoy the most.

limoncello is usually served as an aperitif or digestif drink. To be served before a meal to stimulate the appetite or after the meal as a dessert. Not usually an accompaniment for an entree. Also it's usually served in very small amounts, like a shot glass, straight out of the freezer.
