The oatly company has some secret proprietary methods to make it work well in coffee, you know so the fats dont separate and it tastes good.
Theres like 2 dozen imitator brands propped up to profit from your "its just literally just blending oats in water" idea and they often taste garbage or dont work well in coffee.
