I've never had much of a reason to be cut - football in highschool, working in kitchens, security at shows, building, wiring, and packing up speakers... It's not popular because people assume it's vastly inferior to cutting and bulking, but that's not true in all cases because in practice, some people can't commit to the cycle and do it consistently. It's like expecting a manlet who has never done anything athletic to make noob gains at the same rate as a 6' 2" guy who played football in high school.

same weight as those anons. wouldn't say i'm super strong. but considering i don't do any strength exercises, i seem to have an easier time carrying heavy stuff as compared to people thinner than me. whenever something needs to be carried i get tired slower and i can carry more stuff at once compared to non-fat people who also don't exercise.
when i used to go to the gym i definitely was subpar compared to the fit guys in terms of how much i could bench press, squat, deadlift, etc.

I was pretty well trained before corona but the gyms have been shut down for months now. I have always been a gutman though. I am not obese but I am certainly overweight. It's probably all the beer.
