Here's the finished product: kung pao chicken! Things I'd do differently next time: smaller pieces of chicken, chicken thighs instead of breast (I had some breast meat sitting around I needed to use though, use 1 tsp of ground schezuan peppercorn instead of 1/2 tsp, and make slightly more sauce for it. I can post the recipe if anyone wants it.
