Make some buffalo wings. Just put some baking soda and seasoning on bone-in skin-on wings that you have patted dry and bake them in the oven at 400 F on a wire rack sitting on a foil lined baking sheet. Flip after 20 minutes and remove when they are at you desired crispiness.

The real fun part about wings is the various sauces you can put on them. Yoy could go the traditional buffalo style and use a cayenne pepper hot sauce mixed with butter to coat them, make a garlic parmesan sauce, or even use Korean chili paste and soy sauce to make an asian style wing sauce. Just make sure you have bleu cheese dressing and celery to go with it!

1 can of hormel/wolf chili without beans
1/2 can refried beans
1 stick of philly cream cheese
however many velveeta cheese cubes that you like.
heat them all in the microwave and mix, dip in your favorite scoopable chip.
