Do Jews eat anything else on Passover other than the main seder meal? Because it doesn't look very filling and I'd be hungry.

That's kind of the point. 40 years in the desert and all that.

You'd think they'd have come up with some sort of wacky workaround by now. They figured out to avoid Sabbath restrictions with a freaking piece of string.

Ones i've been to have real food too, all that stuff is ceremonial/traditional. Latkes, pot roast, matzo ball soup, that beet and horseradish spread, and other stuff i don't remember. Lots of bread, and you're supposed to drink like 6 glasses of wine during the meal.

I make my own matzo sometimes.

I made the gefilte fish from scratch one year, that was a fair bit of work (with reduced chicken stock gravy).

Typically we eat brisket:

I've made potato kugel before:

Jew here, it's basically thanksgiving for us.

We have turkey (sephardi recipe) filled with olives and stuff for days on end.

Also, charoset (a kind of sweet and sour jam) and kosher salami for days.

Also, since Matzot are a versatile tool, you can make thousands of recipes (literaklky) with them. I have a personal favourite.

Also, you are looking at the wrong image: that plate is only symbolic, we eat a full course in theme with every item present there!

And of course there's been little to no archaeological evidence of 40 years of wandering or of the battles they supposedly had.

Yes, you usually don't eat from the seder plate itself. There's more plates of the food on the table and typically other foods too, like brisket or soup.

There's certain times during the service where you eat the charoset, egg, etc. and matzos too. And there is a custom to eat a "Hillel Sandwich," matzos, romaine, and horseradish dipped in the charoset.
Also, you drink 4 cups of wine.
