I like pork, but for some reason I never liked whatever shit they put on some pork sausages. Most notably breakfast links, like Jimmy Deans or whatever.

I would appreciate if someone could help me guess at what part of the seasoning in these sausages is making me fucking hate the shit out of them. Breakfast links also have like a weird texture or something? They seem disgustingly dense.

I also don't like the sausages that have tough skin and seem all slippery inside. Or ones that seem, I dunno... dark? heavy? I don't know what it is. I think it might also be related to some of the shit I don't like about link sausages but even more than the link sausages, I can't fucking figure out what it is I specifically hate about them. I just hate them. And it really sucks cuz I can never figure out what type of sausages I hate or why. All I know is they usually seem like too much food, often but not always have a slippery thick skin, and have a denseness to them and tend to make me sick if I eat too much. But even that doesn't seem like my main actual reason for hating them and I'm not sure all of the "slippery skin" ones I hate are also the "dense" ones (probably not), or if all the "dense" ones have a "slippery skin" (also probably not).

There seems to be a lot of sausages that fall into at least one of those two categories that I hate.

Actually I take back the slippery skin thing. That's a bad description. Its more like just a tough skin that you break with your teeth and all this grease comes out of it as you feel this weird, distracting texture of the skin just trying to fight back against your teeth. All I notice is the skin and grease.
