Well assuming its from outside your ass, and not inside. (if inside, go to a doctor today) its likely cause indian food has more fiber than your regular diet and you are pooping messily. A) eat more fiber daily. B) adopt as close as you can to a squatting pose on your western toilet, and it will all come out ok, and you wont need to scrub your asshole til it bleeds.
