i want to talk about something today, have /ck/ posters affected your life in any way? all the drug addled unfortunate kitchen wagies have taught me not to order food or delivery within 30 mins of a restaurant closing. is there any other stuff like that you guys have learned?

i spent real life money (not play money) on secret aardvark sauce and i tasted it and it tastes disgusting. i have not cooked with it but apparently people use it plain as a hot sauce but it’s foul as hell. so dont waste money on it unless you cook with it i guess.

also ive generally started doing more diy things since using ck, i cook a lot more now with more exotic spices, make more tea and coffee, buy unique products, blaha ablahaabanalalanaah rtc etc etc

I bought kicking horse coffee because I vaguely remember some retard here treating it like his messiah.
It sucks.

I made sleepy time chicken but then drank some of the sleepy time juice it was cooking in and got awake time sick from it.

Yeah because I can no longer escape to 4chan for fun times. I come to /ck/ and it's full of dipshit covid tourists who defend not using Google to find recipes and just use this board as a search engine.

Hearts informed me that my Lucky Peach collection was a collector's item, and worth like 10X what I paid. That was like 7 years ago, though, and I haven't learned anything else of note since then.

I now caramelize onions properly, regularly do mire poix, have a dutch oven instead of a crockpot, eat sardines daily, brew tea below boiling temperature, drink Steel Reserve, have erections when I see coffee, and rant at wait staff about the regressiveness of tipping.

I now hate jews and only vote straight blue ticket.
And I only cook my meals at home. All of them.

I learned the easiest way to trigger food enthusiasts is to talk shit about your parents bad taste in food or bad cooking, and that Weeaboos will literally eat shit if it was cooked by an Asian. Those are the only things I've learned.

I saw a pizza place's sign that had P and I burned out so all I could think of is /ck/'s stupid 'zza meme.
