Detroit style pizza is probably the easiest pizza to make, just make a focaccia like dough and lay it down in a pan lined with a fuck ton of oil, then put a metric ass ton of cheese edge to edge and slap down a few lines of sauce. Did similar with St. Louis style, but I used to live there.
Never was a big fan of it, and most places which made it way overcharged for the quality.
