Coffee if you have some ground beans available. If not, you're in for a shopping trip.

A disgustingly moldy pot when you leave for a week and your roommate leaves an inch of coffee in the pot. You'll never get the smell out of the plastic.

If you have a roommate and you leave for a week, lock it up. Never in any circumstances let the machine sit with wet coffee in it. Always after you’re done, just run it with plain water, it’s pretty much self cleaning that way.

Literally all you have to do is run some vinegar through your machine. The carafe should be glass anyway.

Slow water heater more like.
I use basic pourover and an electric kettle specifically because it's faster. And also because the kettle can be used for other things besides coffee.

Daily reminder if you can see through the coffee, it's not proper coffee.
