In Germany, we make Zwiebelkuchen (=Onion cake). It's sort of like a French Quiche, but more primitive maybe.

It has a ton of onions, bacon, egg, cheese and caraway seed. Goes great with cheap wine or beer and it gives you super aggressive farts

you could add cabbage or broccoli to increase fart dps, but keep in mind that the onions are the star of the show

We make this every fall and eat it for lunch on the days we press our apples. Its a tradition. It tastes good right out of the oven, but I prefer it the next day, reheated in a cast iron pan with bacon fat.
