It actually is an aspect of service we don't get to see anymore. You get a bag of mcfat and have to check just to make sure they give you napkins, never mind ketchup.

I refuse to ever get five guys because I can make a far better burger at home for a fraction of the price.

I would rather buy McDonald's or Wendy's because their burgers are unique tasting and cheap enough for me to want to buy them. Five Guys just tasted like a normal ass kitchen burger but for like 10x the price. Seriously, if you are craving a five guys burger, just go to the store and buy some lettuce, ground beef, buns, cheese and wtfever else you want to put on it.
