Doesn't it taste like pee? The shark's don't pee and all the bad stuff is sweated out through their meat and skin. Shark is plain gross. The fins are dried for weeks until you can consume them.

It depends on the shark but most cheep fish'n chips is made from flake which is miscellaneous shark meat. it's not a flavourful as haddock but it's not dissimilar

Now if you're eating some kind of fantsy pance rare shark that lives like 60 years eating rotten whales and refugees you might get a different flavour profile
