Any good recipes for sweet potatoes? I used to always bake them with salt and pepper in a little olive oil but I dont have access to an oven anymore. A pan is the best I can do

You can't scrounge up 30 bux for a toaster oven, dude? As long as it can bake in addition to toasting, you're good to go for baked potato.

You can make gnocchi. You still might need to add a 1 or 2 yukon potatoes to the dough though.

You could wrap them really well in aluminium foil and boil in a pot. Or just boil them. My family used to put entire sweet potatoes (small ones though) into the rice cooker on top of rice so they would cook together.

boil cubed sweet potatoes in salted water until cooked, drain and dry, then saute in olive oil until desired crispiness
