What the actual fuck do you mean you don't know that cooking destroys nutrients?

Seriously, though, just get a steaming basket or just eat the amount of vegetables you're supposed to eat and you're fine. I usually get 7-10 servings a day and don't worry for a second about "reduced nutrition."
