The Lord's sambal coming through

The regular is good but the extra spicy puts hair on your nuts and then promptly burns it off.

Muchly superior to Sriracha which I find much too sweet

I use mine in chop suey and stir fries, in fried rice, and to add some heat to a chicken and bean stew that I make. Sometimes if I want to make a quick dipping sauce for chicken or spring rolls or something, I mix it with soy sauce, sesame oil, and a good drizzle of honey. Taste and adjust to watch your preferences and be careful with the soy, it can be pretty assertive in that.

Oh, it also adds a nice kick to egg drop soup.
