sometimes less is more, OP. even without cooking all the vegetables through, you've got a moisture problem.

1. make sure your sauce isn't too watery
2. use low-moisture cheese
3. saute the water out of mushrooms before adding them as a topping
4. reduce the amount of peppers, onions, and olives, chop them finer, and actually cook them next time

And for me, I would never bother with pepperoni if it's not gonna get crisped.

Not sure if it's just the photo or w/e some of that sausage looks undercooked.

I have worked at pizza places and have had a decent bit of pizza. The only thing that fucks up cooking the pizza is the amount of toppings where it takes longer to cook all the way through. I have had plenty of canned mushrooms on pizza to tell you it doesn't get soggy. It's probably a wetter pizza with veggies that haven't been cooked on it.
