A delightful snack

>bake about 80 cod fish frozen fish sticks
>use a food processor and mince them into small bits
>mix in one highly shredded can of jalapeños with all the juice from the can
>add salt pepper and garlic powder
>mix
>form into egg shaped and sized pieces
>put through flour and egg wash and bread crumbs
>fry with your favorite oil

My family has made them every holiday for years and they’re always a delight.

Used to make this thing called redneck fish tacos. It was a flour tortilla with fish sticks and then a sauce of sour cream mixed with some mustard and Tabasco. Everyone I made it for loved it but the idea of it grosses me out now
