Yes. I like a classic boule because it works for anything. But I make sandwich loaves for easier storage for lunches to take to work. Ciabatta is a my ideal for hot sandwiches though.

Yes recently started baking, most have turned out good, some were not so great but still edible (or good for the birds).

yes, I only bake no boil bagels because they bake in 14 minutes (7 min rotate, 7 more at 450 F). why bake anything else.

I home bake a lot. Literally adore it. I usually stick to yeasty rolls like lionhouse, Parkerhouse, sally lun, etc. this was a rustic loaf I made the other day.
