A statement so disingenuous it's just outright wrong. Saying serum cholesterol and then going "ah but I meant fasting serum cholesterol" doesn't make it right. When you say "serum cholesterol" without context it's a superset, postprandial cholesterol is part of that superset.

Eggs raise serum cholesterol, to be more specific postprandial, this is scientifically an uncontroversial statement. You are factually incorrect.
